Eternity Process - A journey of the soul.

The journey of the soul is continuous, just as a man gives up old worn out garments and wears new clothes in the same way the embodied soul "Ataman" gives up old worn out bodies verily accepts the new bodies." This is stated by Lord Krishna in the Bhagwad Gita, chapter 2, shloka 22.

"vāsānsi jīrNāni yathā vihāya navāni grihNāti naro.aparāNi.tathā śarīrāNi vihāya jīrNānyanyāni sanyāti navāni dehī.. "
("Vasansi jirnani yatha vihaya navani grihnati naro aparnai, thata sarirani vihaya jirnanyanyani sanyati navani dehi")

The soul is eternal. Our existence is timeless; we have been here before in the past and will come in the future too.The actions of body, our words, and our thoughts leave imprints on our consciousness. The mind stores imprints in the form of Samskaras or impressions. These impressions remain latent in the consciousness for a while before emerging as mental waves, which produce desires, fears and other emotions. Our past impressions carry weight and determine how well we can face the present moment and how well we can live life to its full capacity, free from fears and negative emotions.

To cleanse the SELF of these impressions our Gurudev, H.H.Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji has given us a beautiful tool - The Eternity Process.

This is a past life regression technique that provides a tool to relive events that lie the at the root of a pattern, whether mental or physical. The pattern can be something that needs to be changed or merely understood. A past life regression also provides a gateway to a vast, invaluable resource of information on previous times, places, and cultures. It helps the individual clear mental impressions that may block one's progress.

The Eternity process enables us to view past lives and transform various impressions negative or positive in a space surrounded by his love and grace. We emerge having lived through our past impressions, more alive to the present moment and open to celebrating life.

I did my Eternity process with Alka Di last month & it was brilliant. Didi's voice is so soothing n the way she took the process was just mindblowing. I could see 4 past lifetimes n was amazed to find out those details all by myself. The experience was an eye-opener because it shows what important information we carry in our memory but how unaware we are of all that beauty. The process also answered a lot of questions regading the kind of dreams that I used to get & the way I behave n think in my present lifetime. It's all really connected - that's what I learnt. An amazing n necessary process for all. Just go n do it...cheeeers!!!

i was always scared about doing the eternity process. however, i gathered my guts to finally meet myself in my past lives on valentines day this year!!ofcourse our loving alka didi comforted me and made me feel playful about this deep gorgeous process. it was enlightening and very meditative.. i never really understood what guruji meant when he said,, in meditation one is both relaxad and aware. i understood and experienced his words in my eternity process while i sneak peaked into 7-8 past lives over 2 hrs. another very beautiful change that it brought is that now i am so in awe of everyone on this planet because they may be one way this life time, but god knws wat they hv been in their past life times! so there is no question of labelling them as bad / poor/ terrorists etc.! so anger and hatred against people is out of the window now! there is no choice but to revere and love each person for they might have been ur twin in ur last life! thanx guruji. thanks alkadi. i must add, alka is a ofcourse a wonderful teacher,, but is a lovely person who will pamper u like a mum pampers a new born! get to know her asap! jai guru dev!
